Workshop description: Please note: this workshop will be a "best practice" and organised as a "field visit"Starts at Grünerløkka district administrative offices: Presentation of the local equal opportunities policy and strategic projects aimed at eradicating discrimination.
Then to the Equal opportunities centre, where ”Oslo Global Network” and ”Diversity in the Workplace” present their various activities aimed at improving ethnic minorities chances in the labour market.

”Best practise”:
Presentation of the local equal opportunities policy and strategic projects aimed at eradicating discrimination in emloyment and career development.
Then to the local Equal opportunities centre where ”Oslo Global Network” will be presented by Rowena Teodocio and ”Diversity in the workplace” will be presented by Rolf Aakervik. These are initiatives aiming at facilitating support to both employer and employees in dealing with issues that might be a hindrance to equal opportunities.
The programme will terminate at approx. 18.00.
