Workshop description:
To show and discuss how early work-focused introduction, with occupational orientation and work-related language tuition, can be successful -to recognise and accept (validation of) immigrants qualifications -to introduce immigrants into the labour market And from different experiencies discuss visions of how to develope introduction and integration programs. The workshop will include: -short introduction to the Swedish refugee reception -presentation of the program for validation (assesmment and recognition) of foreign qualifications in the city of Malmö -presentation of the program for employment in the city of Stockholm -European Refugee Fund – a resource for Swedish development -Vision of how to develop an introduction based on the two presented projects -Discussion
